4. Bookings and Reservations

When making a booking or reservation through our platform:

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Purecrest or the property owner.

• All booking details, including check-in and check-out dates, must be accurate.
• Cancellation and refund policies are as stated at the time of booking and may vary by property.
• Purecrest reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event of fraud, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.

5. Hospitality & Property Management Services

When engaging Purecrest for hospitality or property management services:

• A separate management agreement will be executed between Purecrest and the property owner, which shall govern the terms of the management relationship.
• Service fees, commission structures, and scope of work shall be as outlined in the applicable service agreement.
• Purecrest will manage properties with due care and in accordance with industry best practices.
• Property owners remain responsible for all statutory obligations, taxes, and regulatory compliance relating to their properties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Purecrest Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.
